Delivery Conditions |
Reference prices shall be net (for corporate customers) or gross (for private customers), and include delivery and shipping costs. Statutory VAT will be added to these prices if necessary (e.g. foreign shipments, corporate customers with/without VATIN). All prices shall be clearly tagged as gross or net.
In certain cases, in which the customer will be informed prior to the transaction, actual transport or delivery service costs shall include a reasonable surcharge for overheads, which shall, however, be no less than the normal freight and carriage charges for the chosen means of transport invoiced.
All products offered in the Shop are specifically intended for end consumers and companies from all the member states of the European Union as well as Switzerland and the Principality of Leichtenstein. Any exceptions to this provision shall be subject to an independent agreement.
Delivery time
Usual delivery time takes around one week after the order has been placed.
Delays / Delivery problems
May a delay occur, you shall be inmediatelly informed. The best solution can then jointly be discussed. Your legal claims shall remain unaffected. We reserve the right to withdraw from the contract if we are incapable of delivering the ordered goods without fault of our own because a supplier has failed to fulfill its contractual obligations. May a product be unavailable, you shall be inmediatelly informed. Your legal claims shall remain unaffected.
Shipping costs
Orders placed within Austria and Germany are normally free of shipping costs. For the rest of countries, shipping costs will be calculated during the ordering process and shown in detail before completing the transaction. It is not possible to calculate shipping costs before ordering a product, as these costs depend on the properties on the product itself (weight, volume) and the location of the point of distribution nearest to the end customer.
Ordering and delivering are only possible within the previously stated countries. For customers outside the EU: Please note that your shipment may be liable to the addition of substantial customs duties.
