You can visit our website without providing personal information. Shall you desire to buy something, subscribe to our Newsletter or use certain functions of our website, your personal information will be necessary.

To order at our Shop and to be able to process your orders, the following personal information will be requested: first name, last name, e-mail address, street, postcode, location, telephone number or fax number, date of birth, username and password (the latter ones just in case you want to register as a customer). Right after your registration we will send you an e-mail containning your personal access data. E-mail address and telephone number are important in order to contact you relating your orders. Date of birth may be asked to prove your identity. Your personal information is processed and encrypted using a secure SSL coding system (min.128 bit). Data requested in credit card payment will not be processed by us but by our payment partner PayPal (www.paypal.com). Our payment partner codifies the transferred payment data through SSL technology (min. 128 bit).
Use and transfer of your details
The details you provide to us will only and exclusively be used for reasons of contract fulfilment and strictly according to legal regulations. For this purpose may your details as well, when required, be transfered to other companies (e.g. the Post). These companies are contractually obligated to comply with the data protection laws and shall only use your details for the processing of orders.
If requested by law, official order or judicial inquiry we are legally compelled to provide the respective information to the authorities.

With your consent, we use your E-Mail address to send you our Newsletter.You can unsubscribe from our Newsletter at any time by sending an E-Mail or following the link “Unsubscribe” included in the Newsletter.
Contractual information
We will keep the contractual information created when ordering and will send you an E-Mail confirmation. If you are registered as a customer you can log in and check your orders and personal information round-the-clock. If you are not registered as a customer (orders can be placed without registration), for security reasons your details will no longer be accessible via Internet.
